Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a therapeutic approach that integrates the mind and body to identify, process, and release psychological distress, emotional stress, and trauma. Based on the idea that "where you look affects how you feel," Brainspotting identifies specific eye positions, or 'brain spots,' which serve as gateways to access deep-seated emotions, memories, and psychological content. This method can address a variety of issues, including anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, trauma, grief, addictions, fears, unproductive habits, and performance enhancement.

Similar to EMDR, Brainspotting facilitates a natural process that enables the brain to harness its inherent ability to rewire, reintegrate, and restore balance.
